We’ve all done it. In the pub, at home, in the queue at the post office - we’ve all discussed how badly the government is running the country and how the ordinary people could do a much better job. So what happens when, after a nights drinking talking football, beer and politics, Dave Harris decides it’s time to make a stand?

Stourbridge based A Comedy Theatre Group presents PM.COM, a brand new play written by local author David J Robertson, directed by writer / actor Phill Liptrot and featuring Black Country Radio’s very own Laura Liptrot.

This is David’s first play, a comedy drama about a man who decides he’s had enough and it’s time for change. He sets up his own political party online and wins support from a nation that feels the same as he does. What happens next? Will he become the country’s first online Prime Minister? Or will he just fade away into obscurity to reappear on I’m a Celebrity?

The story unfolds at Gig Mill Methodist Church Hall, Witton Street, Stourbridge DY8 3YG on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th June with curtain up at 7.30. Tickets are limited to eighty seats per night and are only £3.00 each, available via or by calling 07954 692593 / 01384 824766

A comedy theatre group aims to give opportunities to local writers, directors and performers and always appreciates your support, and will be back in December with their new pantomime - Oh no they wont - Oh! Yes they will!
